We have added a new real estate inventory section to our website and would like to encourage you to add your property, thereby increasing the chance for success for all of us. The Jefferson County Development Authority has created a one stop shop to showcase all commercial property available in Jefferson County. We are NOT trying to replace you in your job as a realtor, owner or developer, but feel this new FREE service will enhance visibility for your properties. We hope that you will request permission to add the commercial property you have to our site, as well as inform others who might be interested in this service. It has been designed to be extremely user friendly when making entries or when prospects are searching the listings.
The website was created to increase our awareness of available commercial sites in Jefferson County and make it more efficient for ourselves and prospects to see what is available. For each listing, your contact information will be provided, not ours.
Our only request is that you update the listing to reflect any changes in information as well as when it becomes inactive. As we stated before, this site was created as a service to those interested in relocating to Jefferson County, WV and is a FREE service offered by the Jefferson County Development Authority.
